Physical Education and Health offers experiential learning for learners to adopt an active life for fitness and lifelong health. The knowledge, skills and understanding which include physical and health literacy competencies support them in accessing, synthesizing and evaluating information; making informed decisions; enhancing and advocating their own as well as others’ fitness and health. 

This course is comprised of individual, dual and team sports in competitive and recreational settings.It consists of an array of offerings which learners can choose from. 

This learning area is designed to provide a general background for the understanding of the Earth on a planetary scale. It presents the history of the Earth through geologic time. It discusses the Earth’s structure and composition, the processes that occur beneath and on the Earth’s surface, as well as issues, concerns, and problems pertaining to Earth’s resources.

General Mathematics is one of the core subject offers to Senior High School students in compliance with the K-12 program of the Department of Education (DepEd). This course gives a broader perspective on concepts related to functions, business mathematics and logic. Learnings in this course will help students to be competitive in their future career path especially those who are in-line with numbers or numeracy.

Ito ay isang kursong nakatuon para sa pag-aaral tungo sa pananaliksik, tungkol sa kalikasan, katangian, pag-unlad, gamit at paggamit ng Wikang Filipino sa mga sitwasyong komunikatibo at kultural sa lipunang Pilipino.

As a senior high school student, you are probably wondering why you have to take another English course: Oral Communication - a course specially focused on speaking and listening when the development of these skills has been part of your English subjects for almost two decades now. We hope that it is not simplistic answer to say that having one or two semesters more of formal study can improve your skills, particularly you oral communication skills. As a result of this course on oral communication, you will be ready for college and career since you will be exposed to a rich experience communicating with different people individually, with a partner or in groups for various purposes on any topic-personal, academic, or professional, using verbal and nonverbal language. In the process of oral communication, you must be able to use strategies to express your ideas confidently, fluently and appropriately following the standards of evidence and correctness in a particular discipline.

Pag-aaral tungo sa pananaliksik ukol sa kalikasan, katangian, pag-unlad, gamit at paggamit ng Wikang Filipino sa mga sitwasyong komunikatibo at kultural sa lipunang Pilipino. 

Pamantayang Pangnilalaman: Nauunawaan ang mga konsepto, elementong kultural, kasaysayan, at gamit ng wika sa lipunang Pilipino 

Pamantayan sa Pagganap: Nakagagawa ng isang sanaysay batay sa isang panayam tungkol sa aspektong kultural o lingguwistiko ng napiling komunidad Panitikang Kontemporaryo/Popular:Napapanahong sanaysay, talumpati, panitikang popular (awitin, komiks, iba’t ibang paraan ng komunikasyon sa social media) 

Gramatika: Paggamit ng kasanayang komunikatibo (linggwistik, sosyolinggwistik,diskorsal at istratedyik)
